NBC News Anchor Controversy

NBC News anchor Brian Williams has recently come under fire for reportedly lying about a story he told while on assignment in Iraq. Williams said that he was traveling in a helicopter that was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade, but as it turns out, the grenade actually hit another helicopter that was travelling in front of him. Williams has since apologized and has agreed to step down for 6 months while NBC News investigates the story further. There is no word on whether or not NBC will fire Brian Williams but Lester Holt is filling in for Williams until the company makes a decision.
