Baby Cured of AIDS?

A baby that was thought to have the Aids virus is now supposedly cured. A toddler from Mississippi has been off his medication for roughly a year, still with no traces of the virus. What caused this? As soon as the baby was born, it was treated with a three-drug infusion within the first 30 hours of birth. Since the medicine was introduced so quickly, doctors believe it helped weaken the virus before it could develop any further. Doctors say there is no telling if the child will remained cured, but this could lead to a cure for a virus that has caused the deaths of roughly 30 million people already.
